Finaloop offers AI-powered tools that automate sales workflows. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent your organization when creating an account.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and update it as needed.

3. Data Usage and LinkedIn Compliance

Finaloop integrates with LinkedIn Sales Navigator in full compliance with LinkedIn’s API Terms of Use.

• No scraping or impersonation of LinkedIn users
• No long-term retention or reselling of LinkedIn data
• Data is accessed via LinkedIn’s official APIs only
• All retrieved data is deleted within 24 hours

You authorize Finaloop to access limited data through official integrations with services such as LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and email providers to enhance your workflow.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Engage in spam, impersonation, or abusive behavior
• Reverse-engineer Finaloop’s code or services
• Violate any third-party platform’s terms of service

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Finaloop is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance based on your selected plan. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support.

7. Intellectual Property

Finaloop and all related content, software, branding, and documentation are owned by Finaloop Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our IP without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Finaloop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months for the service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Finaloop is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee sales outcomes or the uninterrupted availability of services.
